Voice of the Wetlands Soiree
Alex, Clare and Rivers represented St. Martin's at the Voice of the Wetlands Soiree. They enjoyed showing off our Coastal Roots project and loved getting out of class for the day!

Coastal Roots Planting 2010 in Montegut, LA!
We had a great time yesterday in Montegut! Over 400 of our Bald Cypress and Swamp Red Maple trees were planted. Special thanks to our STM teachers, Pam Blanchard from LSU, Christina Kogos from Voice of the Wetlands, and Shane Granier and his Wildlife and Fisheries crew! More pictures will be posted soon! Tree Planting tomorrow!
Tomorrow we will finally plant our trees! They survived the frost and freezing temps and will soon be part of our Louisiana wetlands! Check back for pictures from our planting!
